“We really were just window shopping at first,” they shared. “We weren’t looking to buy.”

“We’re quality-type people, and the quality in which they build their homes is what we love.”

Looking Forward to What’s Next
While they already love their home and the peaceful setting around it, there’s still plenty they’re looking forward to experiencing as Meraki continues to grow.
“I’m looking forward to the pool.”
“And the trails.”
“And I like the pocket parks. I think that’s so neat.”
They’re especially excited about the way these amenities will give residents opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and gather close to home, without feeling crowded.
And then there was one particularly memorable summer evening that gave them a glimpse of just how special their setting could be.
“On the Fourth of July, it was so beautiful because every direction we looked, you saw fireworks. Every direction.”

Ultimately, what brought this family to Meraki wasn’t a carefully planned home search. It was a Saturday spent exploring, an unexpected conversation and a community they immediately felt drawn to.
“It was as if God himself was like, ‘Okay, this is where y’all need to be.’ I can’t even explain it, but it just fit.”
That feeling has stayed with them.
